In questo luogo si eseguiva il primo trattamento delle rocce metallifere estratte dalla miniera e qui  trasportate grazie a una teleferica.  La torre che si vede ancora era la stazione di trasformazione. Accanto a questa torre c’era una serie di capannoni in cui avveniva la lavorazione delle pietre che venivano frantumate con un frantoio e macinate finemente da un mulino a palle. Il macinato veniva messo in vasche contenenti acqua a cui si aggiungeva calce e trementina. Il sedimento che si accumulava sul fondo delle vasche era il concentrato di minerali che veniva poi essiccato e analizzato in laboratorio per poi essere messo in contenitori per la vendita all’industrie di estrazione dell’oro e di altri metalli.

La casa vicino alla strada cantonale che sale a Beredino era la sede del laboratorio.

Der zweite Punkt auf dem Bergbauparkweg ist der Ort, an dem die erste Aufbereitung des aus der Mine gewonnenen Materials stattfand.
Die Aufbereitungsanlage für metallhaltiges Gestein befand sich in diesem Bereich, in den die Seilbahn der Goldmine Sessa führte (siehe Punkt 1). Der Turm, der noch zu sehen ist, war die Trafostation. Neben diesem Turm befand sich eine Reihe von Unterständen, in denen die Verarbeitung der Steine stattfand.
Die Metallsteine wurden mit einem Brecher zerkleinert und in einer Kugelmühle fein gemahlen. Das feingemahlene Gestein wurde in Flotationsbecken mit Wasser gefüllt, dem Kalk und Terpentin zugesetzt wurden. Das Sediment, das sich am Boden der Becken ansammelte, war das mineralische Konzentrat, das anschließend getrocknet, im Labor analysiert und in Behältern für den Verkauf an die Gold- und andere Metallbergbauindustrien abgefüllt wurde.

Das bestehende Haus an der Kantonsstrasse hinauf nach Beredino war der Standort des Labors.

Le deuxième point du Sentier du Parc Minier est le lieu où s'effectuait le premier traitement du matériel extrait de la mine.
L'usine de traitement des roches métallifères se trouvait dans cette zone où arrivait le téléphérique de la mine d'or de Sessa (voir point 1). La tour que l'on peut encore voir était la station de transformation électrique. A côté de cette tour se trouvait une série de hangars dans lesquels se déroulait le traitement des pierres.
Les pierres métallifères étaient écrasées à l'aide d'un concasseur et finement broyées à l'aide d'un moulin à billes. La pierre broyée était placée dans des cuves contenant de l'eau à laquelle on ajoutait de la chaux et de la térébenthine. Le sédiment qui s'accumulait au fond des cuves constituait le concentré minéral qui était ensuite séché et analysé en laboratoire, puis mis en conteneurs pour être vendu à l'industrie minière de l'or et d'autres métaux. La maison située près de la route cantonale menant à Beredino était le siège du laboratoire.

The second point on the Mining Park Trail is the place where the first treatment of the material extracted from the mine was carried out.
The metalliferous rock treatment plant was in this area where the cableway of the Sessa Gold Mine reached (see point 1). The tower that can still be seen was the trafostation. Next to this tower was a series of sheds in which the processing of the stones took place.
The metal stones were crushed with a crusher and finely ground by a ball mill. The milled stone was placed in tanks containing water to which lime and turpentine were added. The sediment that accumulated at the bottom of the pools was the mineral concentrate that was then dried and analysed in the laboratory and put into containers for sale to the gold and other metal extracting industries. The house near the cantonal road up to Beredino was the site of the laboratory.
