How to get there
On foot
The mine can be reached from Sessa or Astano
through the numerous existing paths.
Indicator signs must be followed.
By public transport
it is possible at different times of the day to reach
the hamlet of La Costa di Sessa
(see times: https://www.postauto.ch/it/orario)
With the car
in the hamlet of LA COSTA the small car park
is mainly reserved for residents.
Now there is the new parking for visitors
close to Camping “Al Parco d’oro” (follow the signs).
By bus
Both from Sessa and Astano maximum width 2.3 m,
maximum length 10 m.
